Resident Complaint Form

Residents wishing to file a complaint with the Township may do so by downloading the Resident Complaint form and faxing to the Township at 610-459-3760 or forwarding by mail. All complaints will be kept confidential. The complaint form can be found HERE or by visiting the Permits and Forms section of the website.
