Stucco Permit
Stucco removal, remediation, or replacement requires a permit - CLICK HERE. Please note that this also applies when stucco is being replaced with siding.
Please submit the permit application and payment. Forms may be mailed or hand delivered at the township office, or or e-mailed to Edgmontadmin@edgmont.org. All permit applications must be signed by the property owner. The Township does not accept permits without payment. Please note that if the property is governed by an HOA, an approval letter from the HOA is required prior to permit issuance.
Payments can be made HERE. For online payment, under 'Select Payment Item' select Permits. In the 'Type of Permit' list the property address.

Required Inspections
Stucco to Stucco (3-4 inspections):
- Stucco removal inspection
- Wire inspection
- Remediation inspection (if needed)
- Final building inspection
Stucco to Siding (2-3 inspections):
- Stucco removal inspection
- Remediation inspection (if needed)
- Final building inspection
Scheduling Inspections
To schedule an inspection, the homeowner or contractor should contact Linn Architects at inspections@rlinn.com or by phone 610-566-7044 Option 2.
