Garage Permit Requirements
For any detached garage you will need a zoning permit - View zoning permit here
Please submit the permit application, payment, and a plot plan of the property showing where the garage is going to be installed. Please provide a detailed drawing of the proposed garage construction. Forms may be mailed or hand delivered at the township office, or or e-mailed to Edgmontadmin@edgmont.org. All permit applications must be signed by the property owner. The Township does not accept permits without payment. Please note that if the property is governed by an HOA, an approval letter from the HOA is required prior to permit issuance.
Payments: For online payment, under 'Select Payment Item' select Permits. In the 'Type of Permit' list the property address. Pay Now Online

Scheduling Inspections
