HOP - Highway Occupancy Permit Information (Road Occupancy/Opening)
Highway Occupancy Permits (HOPs) are required for the installation, construction, maintenance, staging, and/or operation of any equipment within Township roads or rights-of-way. HOPs are also required for the maintenance and operation of any telecommunications equipment located within the road or right-of-way.
