Zoning Permit
Zoning permits are required for minor projects such as fences, sheds, gazebos, walkways, patios, decks, driveways, and retaining walls. In some cases, stormwater management may also be required for these types of projects. - New Patios & Walkways - View information here
- Replacement of existing patios or walkways without an increase in size do not require a permit.
- Decks - View information here
- Driveways (new) or expansion of existing driveways - View information here
- A permit is not required for an existing driveway replacement where the size of the driveway does not increase.
- New driveways may require a HOP permit and a grading/stormwater permit if impervious coverage exceeds the lot limit.
- Retaining wall
- Miscellaneous Projects as determined by the Zoning Officer.
