Contractor Registration Information
The contractor registration form is available on the right hand side. The registration fee is $75.00.
You must register if your company plans to operate in the township this year for any of the following activities:
- New residential construction
- Work on commercial properties
- Installation of cable or internet services
Home Improvement Contractors (HIC) working on existing residential properties are not required to register with the Township; however, a copy of your current HIC license must be submitted. Please email your HIC license to Edgmontadmin@edgmont.org.
In addition to the completed contractor registration form, please provide:
- An updated certificate of insurance listing Edgmont Township, 1000 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, Pa. 19073 as the
certificate holder.
- A payment of $75.00, which can be made payable by clicking HERE.
- For online payment, under 'Select Payment Item' select Permits. In the 'Type of Permit' list the property address.
