Permit Requirements for Patios and Walkways

Please submit the permit application, payment, and a plot plan of the property showing where the patio/walkway is going to be installed. Forms may be mailed or hand delivered at the township office, or or e-mailed to Edgmontadmin@edgmont.org. All permit applications must be signed by the property owner. The Township does not accept permits without payment. Please note that if the property is governed by an HOA, an approval letter from the HOA is required prior to permit issuance.

Payments: For online payment, under 'Select Payment Item' select Permits. In the 'Type of Permit'  list the property address. Pay Now Online
