Planning Commission

The Planning Commission acts as an advisory board to the Board of Supervisors. They make recommendations on all subdivision and land development applications, conditional use applications, and either draft or comment on all Zoning Ordinance Amendments. Each member is appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
  • Five members, serving four-year terms.
  • Meetings are held the 4th Monday on each month at 7:00 p.m. with a work session beginning at 6:30 p.m.
  • Advertised Joint Work Sessions are held quarterly between the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors at 5:30 p.m.
  • All Planning Commission meetings are held at the Township Building and open to the public.
