Edgmont Lot B-1 - Text Amendment - L.P. d/b/a National Realty Corporation and White Horse Auto Spa, Inc.
The Applicants propose to amend the Use Regulations in Section 365-88 et seq., of the Edgmont Township Zoning Ordinance ("Zoning Ordinance"), to include a new permitted principal use of "stand-alone car wash", and to amend Section 365-91 (A)(l) of the Zoning Ordinance pursuant to the draft Zoning Amendment below.
