Preliminary / Final Land Development Plan for Marville Village at Edgmont, West Chester Pike

Edgmont Lot B-1, L.P. has submitted a Preliminary / Final Subdivision & Land Development Plan for Parcel B-1 at the Edgmont Country Fair on West Chester Pike.  The site is where the ice-skating rink pop-up is currently operating. 

 The plan has the following improvements noted:

• A 6,016 sq. ft. convenience store with fuel pumps.
• A 2,039 sq. ft. food service building with dual lane drive-thru.
• Associated parking for all buildings.
• Proposed traffic light on West Chester Pike at the entrance.
