Edgmont Township Road Maintenance and Public Works Services Bid

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Edgmont Township will accept bids for the Road Maintenance and Public Works Services of all Township roads and municipal properties for a period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. Bids will be opened at the Township Building, 1000 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania on August 27, 2026, by members of the bid opening committee at 3:30 PM. Hand-delivered, sealed bids must be delivered to the Township Building during normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. No bids will be accepted after 3:00 PM on August 27, 2026. Bid specifications can be picked up at the Township Building or found HERE. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting on September 8, 2026 @ 7:00 PM. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to further qualify any and all bidders. Questions can be directed to Township Manager Kenneth D. Bids will be opened at the Township Building, 1000 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania on August 27, 2026, by members of the bid opening committee at 4:00 PM. Hand-delivered, sealed bids must be delivered to the Township Building during normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. No bids will be accepted after 3:00 PM on August 27, 2026.
