Contractor Registration Information

Please note per Resolution No. 26 of 2023, ALL contractor registrations will now be $75.00.

 

You must register if your company:

  • Plans to work in the township this year and
  • Will be working on a new residential construction or
  • Will be working on any commercial properties or
  • Will be installing cable/internet installation

 

Home Improvement Contractors (HIC) that are working on existing residential properties do not have to register with the Township, but you will need to provide a copy of your current HIC License. Please email your HIC license to Edgmontadmin@edgmont.org .

 

Items needed to register:

-       A contractor application form filled out (the link is below)

-       An updated certificate of insurance (listing Edgmont Township, 1000 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, Pa. 19073 as the 

        certificate holder).  PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW ADDRESS.

-       A payment of $75.00 (you can pay online here:  Make a Payment (Invoices & Fees) - Finance - Edgmont, PA ).  For payment,

        Under Select Payment Item - select Permits.  In the Type of Permit - list the property address.  Then fill in the rest of the 

        pertinent information. 

 

The form and payment can be mailed into our office or completed online.  If online, please email the forms to Edgmontadmin@edgmont.org .
