SCAM ALERT: We have been notified of two scammers pretending to be associated with our event and emailing vendors to collect payment. Our Fourth Annual Edgmont Township Community Day will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Arasapha Farms, (1835 Middletown Road, Glen Mills, Pa)!

-  We will be having quiet hour from 10:00 – 11:00 am for children with sensory sensitivities.

Volunteers Needed – High school students & adults....we need your help!  We have volunteering hours listed in 2 hour time slots, but feel free to sign up for as many hours as you would like! Hours available are: 8 -10 am (set up), 10 am - 12 pm, 12 - 2 pm, & 2 - 4 pm (clean up). Hours can be counted for volunteer requirements for high school students.  We will have various positions available to choose from: general set-up, vendor assistance, inflatables & games, field games, general clean-up, etc. Tasks will be assigned the week prior to the event and you'll receive a snazzy t-shirt! Antique Appraisal Fair -   

Bring your treasures to Community Day for free appraisals by Edgmont’s own John “Teex” Welch (John Welch Trading Company), Chip Miller (Den of Antiquity), and Missy Singley (Hidden Treasures Antique Mall).

Accepted items are memorabilia, collectibles, artwork, small furniture, jewelry (including costume jewelry), and antique photographs. Please do not bring large items such as heavy furniture or large artwork. Instead, bring photographs of your large item for appraisal, including a photograph of the entire piece and several detail pictures.

The Antiques Appraisal Fair will run from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at Edgmont Community Day on September 6. Please register in advance to reserve your 10-minute time slot. Walk ups will also be accepted, time permitting.  To sign up for a slot, please CLICK HERE.
