Comprehensive Plan
Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC), the Township has prepared its Comprehensive Plan, with the assistance of the Delaware County Planning Department. The Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 16, 2015.
The Township is currently in the process of updating the Comprehensive Plan with the assistance of Thomas Comitta Associates, Inc. and the Delaware County Planning Department. There will be a second Public Workshop held on September 15, 2026, beginning at 5:00 PM at the Edgmont Township Building located at 1000 Gradyville Road Newtown Square, PA 19073.
